When YSL Beauty was opening a new global flagship store in Shanghai, they leaned on their trusted partner Frontier to execute every element of the build.
YSL Beauty, a luxury line of beauty and skincare products, was looking to create a fashion-forward experience for shoppers. The design aesthetic was clean, sleek, and minimalist—while still blending a wide mix of materials to showcase their various products.
Video walls, lighting features, backlit graphic installations, and other technologies were seamlessly integrated into the design of the store and all its fixtures. The unique mix of lighting allowed the products to really shine, regardless of the customers’ journey throughout the space.
The Frontier team provided turnkey services such as store design and development, full-scale prototypes, production, transportation, local installation, and more.
